How each piece is made

Cast, not printed
Each piece is poured into a mould and demoulded by hand — seams cleaned, surface sanded and primed before any colour goes on.

Fiberglass, not resin
A rigid shell at a fraction of the weight of solid cast material. That is what makes a full-size character practical to ship and to place.

Matte, hand-painted
Colour is airbrushed in thin layers and sealed with a matte clear coat. Slight variation between pieces is expected.

Questions
What does decosculpture make?
Hand-cast fiberglass art toys — original panda character IPs, each hand-painted in a matte finish and produced in small series. They are full-size display sculptures, not vinyl figures or resin statues.
What material are the figures made from?
Each figure is cast in a fiberglass shell — not resin and not vinyl. Fiberglass keeps a full-size sculpture light enough to move while staying rigid, and it takes a matte hand-painted finish well.
How tall is a decosculpture figure?
120 cm. That is the standard height across the collection, so pieces from different characters sit together on a shelf.
Are the pieces made to order?
Yes. Each piece is poured, demoulded, seam-cleaned and hand-painted after the order is placed, so production time precedes shipping.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Hand-painting produces slight variation in shading and edge. This is expected and is part of owning a hand-made object.
How is a 120 cm sculpture shipped?
Crated with foam-in-place protection sized to the piece, shipped internationally with tracking.
